• "Loan Application" refers to any request submitted through our Platform for loan products.
• "Services" refers to loan facilitation, application processing, and related services provided through our Platform.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To use our Platform and apply for loans, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (or 18 years for specific products)
• Be a resident of India with valid identity and address proof
• Possess a valid PAN card and Aadhaar card
• Have a regular source of income (salaried or self-employed)
• Have a valid bank account in your name
• Meet the specific eligibility criteria of the respective loan product

4. Our Services

KuberSathi provides the following services:

4.1 Loan Facilitation

We act as an intermediary between you and our lending partners, helping you find suitable loan products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Car Loans, and other financial products.

4.2 Application Processing

We collect and process your loan applications, verify documents, and forward them to appropriate lending partners for approval.

4.3 Customer Support

We provide assistance throughout the loan application process, from initial inquiry to disbursement.

5. User Obligations

By using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your applications
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent documents
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.1 Document Authenticity

You warrant that all documents submitted are genuine, valid, and belong to you. Submitting forged or tampered documents is a criminal offense and will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

6. Loan Application Process

6.1 Application Submission

When you submit a loan application through our Platform, you authorize us to:

• Access and verify your CIBIL/credit score
• Share your information with lending partners
• Conduct background verification checks
• Contact you regarding your application status

6.2 Processing Timeline

While we strive to process applications quickly, timelines may vary based on document completeness, verification requirements, and lending partner policies. Typical processing takes 2-7 business days.

6.3 Approval & Disbursement

Loan approval and disbursement are subject to verification and at the sole discretion of the lending partner. Once approved, funds are typically disbursed within 24-48 hours to your registered bank account.

7. Fees & Charges

The following charges may apply:

• Processing Fee: As specified by the lending partner (typically 1-3% of loan amount)
• Documentation Charges: May apply for certain loan products
• Prepayment Charges: As per lending partner's terms
• Late Payment Charges: Applicable on overdue EMIs

All fees will be clearly communicated before loan disbursement. KuberSathi does not charge any upfront fees for loan applications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of KuberSathi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• KuberSathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for decisions made by lending partners
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you, if any

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Any other reason at our discretion

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
